  1. Bending belt -- forming reason: uneven steel buckle; Uneven yarn pulling at the end of the pan; Wrong position of steel buckle; Wrong connection method

  4. Fluffing -- causes: fluffing at the needle edge; Fluffing of cloth edges; The webbing surface is fluffed

  Precautions: the needle plate has been used for a long time and has been damaged. New needle plate; The knitting needle has been damaged and replaced with a new one; Pressure belt plate is too tight, relax pressure belt plate; If the filling is not finished, adjust the distance between the weft needle and the knitting needle so that the filling can be finished. The steel buckle of the weft yarn is hung, and the weft yarn is put into the weft pole.
